Advanced Data Science Course

Our new Advanced Data Science course starts at TU Delft in September 2026. It is designed for students who want to explore how AI and data science can help address real-world challenges in mobility, transport, and logistics. At the same time, companies and public-sector organisations can get involved by contributing a real-world challenge or use case and engaging with student teams throughout the course.

No advanced AI expertise is required. The course is designed to bring together participants with diverse backgrounds and expertise to collaborate and learn from one another.

What, where, and how?

Hosted by TU Delft as part of the AiMTT initiative, the course follows a hands-on, learning-by-doing approach in which multidisciplinary teams work on real industry challenges. Companies benefit from fresh perspectives, access to emerging AI talent, and practical insights, while students gain experience applying advanced data science techniques to real-world problems. The course is offered annually, starting in September, and lasts 8 weeks.
