Today, we launched our first AiMTT Learning Module, Crowd Management During Events. The module includes 19 videos, three of which will be published soon. Experts from academia and industry explain how AI and data can help improve crowd management during large-scale events.

This learning module takes you through the complete workflow of AI-supported crowd management. Using the SAIL Amsterdam use case, experts from TU Delft, Analyze, and uCrowds demonstrate how AI can support safer and more effective decision-making throughout the event lifecycle.

The module covers topics including:

  • Level of Service (LOS)
  • Crowd simulation
  • Large Language Models (LLMs) for crowd simulation
  • Crowd monitoring
  • Real-time alerts based on operational data
